How it Happened...
Steve and Shelly Brock are seasoned and highly respected veterans in the sign industry. When they founded Vision Custom Signs in 2005, Steve already had a decade of experience and a dependable reputation.
Operating out of Fairmont, West Virginia, the Brocks specialized in manufacturing for local and regional partners; their team gained even more experience and a developed reputation for excellence. Vision naturally expanded to offer nationwide installation and service work utilizing their expertise in navigating municipalities and researching sign code.
As their organic growth continued into 2018, Vision began the exciting process of rebranding and scaling to offer national sign and branding programs, while cultivating and serving their loyal client base.
They partnered with an experienced sign industry and project management expert, Kevin Agostinho, who joined Vision as VP of Operations and Branding in 2019. With a depth of branding expertise, Kevin has worked to expand Vision in all facets of services, as well as build and strategically place team members all over the country.
In 2023, Vision embarked on their next expansion opening their first international office in South America (Chile).

Kevin brings to Vision decades of experience in the industry managing regional & national signage programs. He has developed multifaceted and genuine relationships with strategic nationwide partners. He is known for his on-time delivery success and authentic connection; further than that, he is thoughtful, empowering, and trustworthy. It’s what makes him so highly sought-after in the industry. Kevin is passionate about and actively contributes to charities such as the Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Jude's Research Hospital, Human Rights Campaign and Animal Welfare charities.
SHELLY BROCK
CFO
With over a decade of experience in the sign industry, Shelly is an expert in permit acquisition, accounting, safety, and customer relations. Earning her business degree from Fairmont State University, she has instilled her work ethics and values in the company from the beginning. She believes that hard work will always pay off, and that we should treat people how we want to be treated. If Steve is the steady backbone of Vision, Shelly is surely the humble heartbeat of what we do. Family comes first for Shelly; she is the treasurer for her kids’ high school soccer boosters. Shelly and her family lead an active lifestyle together kayaking, running, and playing tennis.

Business Development Executive
Paul is a highly experienced sales and operations professional, with almost a decade in the sign industry, who brings to Vision a multi-faceted background in several industries. With a Journalism and Communications degree, Paul believes in creating authentic and dynamic relationships. He works to build those connections through personal and real conversations. Paul likes watching college football, and he works hard to be the best dad he can be for his kids; he and his wife also love to travel and be outdoors.
OLIVIA SANSOM
Business Development Executive
Olivia began her journey in the signage industry in 2014. With over 9 years of experience, Olivia has been active in complex sign projects for colleges, stadiums, retail & restaurants as well as having a vast knowledge in way-finding signage. Olivia has spent time managing programs on both local and national platforms. She has also been hands on with channel letter manufacturing, site surveys, installations and project management. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and their animals as well as playing volleyball.

DEE ANGSTADT
Director of Permitting and Graphics
Dee brings over 3 decades of sign industry experience specializing in permitting and code research to her role, leading our department for all of our client partners both regionally and nationally. Dee's background and experience allow her to cut through the red tape and narrow down the specifics on township allowances for signage projects. The in-depth and high attention-to-detail work Dee provides for all our client partners upfront helps to ensure we have no delays upon submitting for permits. In her free time, Dee enjoys spending time with her family; her husband, her children, and her grandchildren. She is also a sports and wine enthusiast.
JOSH BORGEN
Senior Project Manager
Josh began his career in the sign industry back in 2007 working for a local sign manufacturing company based out of North Carolina.
Josh spent the early part of his career working in sign fabrication, Vinyl Production and accounting before become part of the Management and Leadership team.. Over the years, Josh has developed extensive skills in Customer Service, Project & Program Management, Organization and overall business management practices. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, animals, Hiking in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest and is an avid Photographer.
