How It All Began...
Founded in 2005 by industry veterans Steve and Shelly Brock, Vision Custom Signs has grown from a local operation into a national leader in the sign industry. With over a decade of experience under his belt, Steve established a strong reputation for quality and reliability right from the start.
Based in Fairmont, West Virginia, the Brocks initially focused on manufacturing for local and regional partners, quickly earning a reputation for excellence. As demand grew, Vision expanded its offerings to include nationwide installation and service, leveraging their expertise in navigating municipal regulations and sign codes.
In 2018, Vision embarked on an exciting rebranding journey, aiming to enhance its national sign and branding programs while continuing to nurture its loyal client base.
To further this vision, we welcomed Kevin Agostinho as VP of Operations and Branding in 2019. With his extensive experience in project management and branding, Kevin has been instrumental in broadening our service offerings and strategically placing talented team members across the country.
In 2023, we embarked on an exciting journey to restructure and enhance our leadership at Vision Sign Group. Kevin Agostinho has been promoted to President & COO, while Steve Brock takes on the role of CEO, and Shelly Brock has been elevated to CFO.
We are also thrilled to welcome several exceptional new talents to our team, further enriching our capabilities and commitment to excellence. Together, we are poised for continued growth and innovation in the sign industry!
In 2023, we also took a bold step forward by opening our first international office in Chile, marking a new chapter in our growth and commitment to delivering exceptional sign solutions worldwide.

Steve Brock serves as the CEO of Vision Sign Group, where he has been a leading force in the industry for over 33 years. Alongside Kevin Agostinho, Steve has successfully transformed the company from a regional operation into a national sign company that rivals the industry’s largest players. His role is multifaceted, encompassing the management of corporate branding, graphic design, engineering, and customer relations, all while establishing the strategic growth that continues to expand the company’s footprint.
Known for his unwavering dedication, hard work, and loyalty, Steve has cultivated a professional reputation that positively influences peers and partners throughout the sign industry. He is committed to precision and excellence, ensuring that every project reflects the high standards Vision Sign Group is known for. By combining technical expertise with a focus on long-term client relationships, Steve ensures the company remains at the forefront of innovative branding solutions.

Kevin Agostinho serves as the President and COO of Vision Sign Group, bringing 33 years of industry experience spanning the entire United States. Originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Kevin has held numerous leadership roles, leveraging an extensive technical and operational knowledge base that drives the company’s daily success. He is deeply committed to a team culture rooted in trust and accountability, ensuring that every project benefit from effective collaboration and a well-rounded professional perspective.
Kevin’s leadership style is defined by a thoughtful and empowering approach, focused on delivering on-time success through precision and reliability. He believes that the strength of Vision Sign Group lies in its people, and he works to foster an environment where team members feel supported to take ownership of their roles. Whether overseeing a complex installation or managing high-level strategy, Kevin’s priority remains consistent: providing trustworthy service and maintaining the high quality standards that define the Vision brand.
Outside of the office, Kevin finds joy in the outdoors, often walking his dog, Abbey-Mae, through nature. He cherishes game nights with friends and family, and finds peace in watching sunrises and sunsets. Kevin is also deeply passionate about philanthropy, actively supporting organizations such as Feeding Our Friends - Boise, ID, Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Jude’s Research Hospital, the Human Rights Campaign, and various animal welfare charities.
SHELLY BROCK
CFO
Shelly Brock serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Vision Sign Group, bringing nearly 25 years of dedicated service to the organization. A native of Fairmont, West Virginia, Shelly developed a strong work ethic early in life, which led her to pursue a degree in business. Today, her expertise is a cornerstone of the company’s growth, as she oversees vital operations including accounting, financial planning, and the management of key customer relationships.

Paul believes that outstanding customer service is rooted in a "give a darn factor" and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure a partner is fully satisfied.
In his role, Paul acts as a vital bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring that every customer's voice is heard and every project detail is communicated clearly. He approaches complex projects and tight deadlines by organizing tasks into specific daytime compartments and collaborating closely with project managers to provide honest, timely information to partners. Paul is particularly vigilant about anticipating potential challenges—such as confirming electrical access before a sign installation—to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Paul is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places, with a special affinity for the ocean. He currently lives at the "edge of the world" in Chile, South America. He shares his life with his wife, their three children, and the family dog.

Dee Angstadt serves as the Director of Permits and Graphics at Vision Sign Group, where she is responsible for ensuring that every sign design is both visually appealing and technically compliant. She was drawn to the company by the opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative team in a role she truly enjoys. Dee believes that accuracy is the most vital service she provides to customers, particularly when navigating the complexities of municipal codes and landlord sign criteria.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Dee has developed a keen ability to anticipate potential challenges by asking the right questions early in the process. She approaches high-pressure projects with tight deadlines by breaking them into manageable steps and strategically delegating tasks to keep the team moving forward. He began his career in the sign industry back in 2007 at a company based in North Carolina, building a professional foundation on a unique combination of technical expertise and formal education. His background includes a degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix alongside years of hands-on experience in sign fabrication and vinyl production, allowing him to guide both his team and client partners through every stage of the process with precision.
In his leadership role, Josh leverages his strengths in strategic planning, budgeting, and communication to ensure that complex national projects move forward seamlessly. He is a natural problem-solver and mentor who takes pride in helping the "Vision Team" navigate the intricacies of the sign industry. She manages vendor communication, timelines, and project execution to ensure seamless delivery from initial concept to final completion. Christy was drawn to Vision Sign Group by its strong, family-oriented team culture and its reputation for quality execution. She values a close-knit environment where team members support one another, communicate openly, and take pride in shared success.
With extensive experience coordinating signage projects, Christy brings high-level organization and problem-solving skills to the team. Project Coordinator

She joined the team seeking a fresh career opportunity and brings a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality results on time, the first time. Missy approaches complex projects and tight deadlines by focusing on one milestone at a time, ensuring that even if a process isn't the most efficient, it is always done correctly.

Head of Design
Beth Gerhard serves as the Head of Design at Vision Sign Group, where she oversees the delegation of design tasks and ensures that layouts move through the production system in a timely and efficient manner. With an extensive background in the industry—having owned her own sign company for several years—Beth understands the intricate details required to keep a business running successfully. She was drawn to Vision for its unique working atmosphere and the opportunity to work alongside her best friend.

Beth focuses on the "whole picture," managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that every layout is accurate and that her team members can stay on their own project timelines. Stevee Brock serves as the Accounting Manager at Vision Sign Group, where she oversees billing, invoicing, data entry, and vital office operations. Having grown up around the sign industry, Stevee brings a lifelong interest and a deep-rooted understanding of the business to her role. She previously served as an assistant at VSG during her college years, an experience that provided the essential foundation and internal knowledge she needed to succeed in her full-time position.
Stevee believes that "doing the job right" is essential for both the company's health and customer satisfaction. She is particularly focused on the accuracy of issuing and receiving payments, knowing that financial precision keeps the entire team running smoothly and efficiently. Jennifer Deiuliis serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, President, and Director of Permitting at Vision Sign Group. In her role, she manages document control, data entry, and code check requests, always remaining available to assist the team wherever she is needed most. Jennifer was drawn to the company after discovering that its core values aligned perfectly with her own during the interview process. She believes that consistent communication and meticulous attention to detail on every individual project are the elements that matter most to client partners.
With over 25 years of experience in customer service, Jennifer has honed her interpersonal skills across multiple platforms, from in-person interactions to complex digital coordination. She is also well-versed in the technical aspects of ADA signage and wayfinding, including manufacturing and installation requirements. Jennifer approaches tight deadlines with diligence and the ability to pivot quickly, ensuring that work is always completed to the client’s full satisfaction. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jennifer is an avid reader who enjoys exploring everything from historical fiction to contemporary titles.
